Our accommodations are suitable for people who would stay in Tokyo for 1 week to 1 year.
If you stay in Tokyo for just few days, we recommend you to stay at a hotel by a simple procedure. Or, if you think about staying for years, you had better look for a general rental apartment. Because it would be the cheapest in total.

But in this case, you have to prepare a large amount of cash like key money, Shikikin, Reikin.

You also find a guarantor. The procedure of rent will be very complicated. Not many agencies in Japan are foreigner-welcome.
